Extended abstract submission closes
We will now forward all abstracts to the scientific committee for the reviewing process.
Notification of acceptance
By this date (at the latest) we will inform you about the decision of the scientific committee
Submission of presentations
If you submit the recording of your presentation (oral presentation or poster flash talk) by this date, you will have the possibility to re-record in the next days if you are not satisfied with your video or you have found an error.
Late submission of Presentations
By this date you must have submitted your presentation (oral presentation or poster flash talk) as video file at the latest, any modifications or updates may be rejected afterwards.
