Registration and fees
To register for the vESPS2021 please click here.
After successful registration you will receive a confirmation by email to the address you specified in the registration process.
Please transfer the registration fee to the bank account specified in the confirmation email and please do not forget to mention your registration number, otherwise we might have problems to allocate your payment!

(2) PostDocs and professors
Different packages of basic registrations (without presentation fee) are available for university institutions and companies. Packages are only available for the same registration type, thus you cannot mix up students and academic registrations!
- Package for more than 5 participants: 40% reduction (= at least 2 free participants)
- Package for more than 10 participants: 50% reduction (= at least 5 free participants)
- Package for more than 25 participants: 60% reduction (= at least 15 free participants)
Please contact the organizers if you have further requests, e.g. a combination with sponsorships.
As we are a non-profit organization we are happy to tell you that we were able to keep the registration fees at the lowest possible level. Therefore, this is only the basic package. For standard lectures and posters with flash-presentation we have to ask for an additional fee for processsing of the proceedings and editing and online availability of your presentation.

VAT Regulations
According to the Austria legislation 20% VAT will be added to the registration fee. Organizations and companies within the EU with a valid VIES VAT number will receive an invoice without tax statement.
Payment
All payments for the congress must be made in Euro. Payment can be done
- by bank transfer (free of charges for the recipient) to the conference bank account, or
- by credit card (an additional transaction fee of 2.9% of the total costs will be charged)
Information about the bank account or credit card payment will be noted down on the invoice, which you will receive after your registration.
If you registered for the early bird registration fee please bear in mind, that the registration fee must reach the bank account by May 1st 2021, otherwise we will charge you the standard registration fee.
